  • Is the furniture recent or old?

    You will find both types of furniture on our site. To avoid any confusion, the detailed description of each piece of furniture mentions its age or its recent manufacture. So you are sure to have knowledge of all the details relating to the piece of furniture you choose to order.

  • What type of wood is used?

    The species of solid wood used are numerous, we will mention the most frequent: elm, catalpa, spruce, oak, cypress, cedar, pine, poplar, etc.

  • Are the transactions secure?

    Our site is doubly secured both by an "https" protocol address guaranteeing the confidentiality of data exchanges, and by the Stripe payment platform which protects against any attempt at digital fraud.

  • What type of payment do you accept?

    You can place your order and pay by credit card on our site. You can also contact us by phone to consider another method of payment, such as bank transfer.

  • Do you accept payment in installments?

    Yes, in 3 or 4 times free of charge from an amount of 1000€.

  • How is the furniture packed?

    We ensure professional packaging of the furniture by protecting it with a double layer of bubble wrap, then with a thick cardboard reinforcement. They are finally strapped on a pallet.

  • In which geographical areas do you deliver?

    We deliver throughout France, Corsica and the countries of the European Union, excluding French overseas territories, for reasons of logistics costs.

  • Are there delivery charges?

    Delivery costs are clearly defined in a table that you will find in the "Delivery" section of the menu (or click here ). Delivery can be free or reduced depending on the proximity of your home to our headquarters in Meudon (92190). In this case, we carry out the delivery ourselves and we place the furniture in your interior in the desired location.

  • Does the delivery include installation inside the house?

    Installation inside the home is not guaranteed for deliveries located in Zone 3 (France (outside zones 1 and 2) and European Union), because the pallet is delivered by a single person, in this case the driver , and deposited in front of your home. You will need to provide someone close to you to help you. If conditions permit, the delivery person can drop off the pallet in your garage or yard using his pallet truck.

  • What are your return conditions?

    You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Reimbursement is made subject to the following conditions:

    - The transport costs for the return remain your responsibility;

    - The piece of furniture must be protected in packaging at least identical to that of delivery;

    - The furniture must reach us in the same condition as it was delivered to you;

    - In the event that damage is noted during the return by us, a share is retained for its restoration;

    - The reimbursement of the sums that you have paid us for the purchase of the furniture concerned is made by bank transfer.

  • What if the furniture is delivered in poor condition?

    Contact us immediately while the delivery person is present by your side, by phone at 06.13.23.71.26 to inform us of the problem.

    If the packaging box is degraded and suggests probable damage, open the packaging properly (without damaging it so as to be reusable in the event of a return) and check its condition yourself.

    If you notice damage, you must "issue reservations", that is to say, have them noted by the delivery person who must report them in writing and take photos.

    You too can take good quality photos and send them to us by sms.

    Case A:

    If the damage seems unacceptable to you, you can refuse the delivery. The deliverer will then have to take back the goods.

    You have no fees to pay.

    We will then offer you another similar piece of furniture or a refund.

    Case B:

    If the damage is minor and acceptable to you, you can accept delivery. We can then offer you compensation based on the photos of the damage.
